Responsibilities:        As the President of Boucher & James, Inc., Mr. Boucher’s responsibilities include all aspects of
                                       day-to-day operations and management of the firm, as well as the development of short and long
                                       term strategic planning objectives and service offerings.  Mr. Boucher has more than 25 years of
                                       diverse experience in engineering, constructing and managing a variety of civil engineering projects
                                       for both public and private clients.
