Responsibilities:        As the Director of Municipal Engineering Services of Boucher & James, Inc., Mr. Eisold is
                                       responsible for the management and growth of Boucher & James, Inc.’s municipal engineering
                                       sector.  Mr. Eisold has more than 25 years of diverse experience in municipal engineering and
                                       construction management and extensive experience in the design, permitting, and construction
                                       management of capital improvement projects..
