Education:                   Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – Lafayette College

Certifications:             Registered Professional Engineer – Pennsylvania
                                      Registered Professional Land Surveyor - Pennsylvania                                        

Responsibilities:       As the Regional Manager of the Stroudsburg Office, Mr. Tresslar is responsible for the management
                                      and growth of Boucher & James, Inc.’s Stroudsburg, PA office, which provides a full complement
                                      of engineering and consulting services.  Mr. Tresslar has more than 35 years of experience in the
                                      planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure improvement projects.  Mr.
                                      Tresslar’s experiences as a surveyor, planner, design engineer, municipal engineer, and project
                                      manager provides a unique perspective on project design and delivery.
