Responsibilities:      As the Executive Vice President of Boucher & James, Inc., Mr. Jones is responsible for the revenue
                                     producing departments of the company, business development and assisting the President with
                                     directing the development of short and long range objectives, policies and operating plans for
                                     Boucher & James, Inc.  Mr. Jones has more than 30 years of managerial and client relationship
                                     experience.
