A good example of how Boucher & James can help is the total support we provided to a historic Pennsylvania town that was the site of a catastrophic fire. Utilizing the many engineering disciplines of our professional staff, we were able to successfully develop and implement infrastructure reconstruction plans for the town in a joint effort with area utility companies and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
