For nearly half a century, Boucher & James has been meeting the engineering needs of businesses and government municipalities (federal, state, and local) throughout the Northeast corridor and beyond. We understand engineering problems and work closely with our clients to deliver practical solutions that are customized to their organizations.

Established in 1962, we specialize in civil engineering, comprehensive surveying, landscape architecture planning, building inspection and code enforcement services.

engineers employs sophisticated computer technology to deliver efficient, high performance services. We serve our clients through three convenient offices in Pennsylvania: our headquarters in Doylestown and our regional offices in Stroudsburg and Morgantown.
